We're taking necessary precautions to continue to serve the greater New Orleans community through our auto sales, finance, parts and service departments.
When you visit our Houma, LA, Nissan dealership, here's what to expect:
- We are utilizing daily, professional sanitization by JaniKing throughout our dealership facilities.
- Our employees are sanitizing throughout the day and wearing facemasks.
- We have installed plexiglass and Visqueen barriers for extra protection.
- Test drives are conducted without sales associates.
- We are limiting the number of guests within our showroom. Families and groups are welcome but may have to work deals under our covered outdoor area.
- Service customers may need to wait outside in the covered area as we are limiting waiters in our service department. A line for service will be outside, with chairs provided. We will come to get you when it's your turn.
- If you can get picked up from your service visit, please do so.
- We ask that service guests leave all vehicle windows open and note your mileage. Service advisors will not be entering your vehicle.
- Our free popcorn is shut down at this time.
- The children's playroom is closed until further notice.
- Our dealership mascot Polly the Blue and Gold Macaw is staying at home with Geri Lynn and the family.
