All Versa models come with a 1.6L four-cylinder engine that makes 122 horsepower and 114 lb-ft of torque. On the base S trim, you’ll get a 5-speed manual transmission that gives you more control and keeps the drive engaging. A CVT is optional on the base model and standard on all the other trims.

You’ll have to move up to the SR for upgrades like sport cloth seats, heated front seats, automatic climate control, and a leather-wrapped steering wheel. The SR also has remote engine start, which lets you start the engine and turn on the climate control before stepping in.

Anti-Collision and Safety Features

All models are equipped with an automatic emergency braking system that can prevent collisions with pedestrians and vehicles in front of you. You’ll also find driver-assist features such as rear automatic braking, high-beam assist, and lane departure warning. Adaptive cruise control and blind spot monitoring are both available.
